Returns / Exchanges

We aim to please! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will work it out! Generally you will be able to ship it back to me in it's original unused condition and packaging and you will be issued a refund or exchange. Refunds will not be issued for shipping, a $2 fee will be deducted from returns to account for shipping when shipping is free. If an item is damaged in shipping a replacement will be sent after verification that the item was damaged. 

Customized (such as secret message rings and other items with custom messaging on them) items are not eligible for refunds/exchanges unless the item is received damaged.

Items are eligible for refund/exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase.
